Do your products require a cold chain?
Yes. DOZZ is a chilled product and must be transported and stored at +2°C to +8°C to maintain quality and freshness.
What is the shelf life of DOZZ products?
Shelf life ranges from 4 to 8 months depending on the recipe, thanks to our proprietary processing technology — all without preservatives:
- Vegan soups: up to 8 months
- Vegetarian soups: up to 6 months
- Meat soups: up to 4 months
What support do you provide to international partners?
We provide marketing assets, in-store activation concepts, and promotional support to help drive brand awareness and sell-through in your market.
What packaging formats are available?
DOZZ soups come in 310ml recyclable aluminum cans, designed for single-serve convenience and sustainability.
What are the logistics requirements (pallets, cases, MOQ)?
Products are shipped in cases of 12 cans. Minimum order quantities (MOQ), pallet dimensions, and configurations are available on request.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our facility is IFS-certified at the highest level, ensuring strict compliance with international standards for food safety and quality.
What labeling and language options are available?
Standard labeling is available in English, Romanian and German. Additional languages are available depending on market requirements, including Czech (CZ), Hungarian (HU), Bulgarian (BG), and Portuguese (PT).
Are there allergens in DOZZ products?
Yes, some recipes may contain common allergens. All allergens are clearly declared on product labels.
Do you provide product samples for evaluation?
Yes. Samples are available for distributor evaluation, retail category reviews, and HoReCa testing.
What are your lead times for international orders?
Typical lead times are 2–3 weeks, depending on order volume, logistics, and destination country.
Can DOZZ be integrated into vending machines?
Yes. DOZZ is already distributed through refrigerated vending operators in Romania and is compatible with vending channels internationally.
Do you offer private label or co-branding opportunities?
Our main focus is DOZZ-branded products, but we are open to discussing private label or co-branding with strategic partners.
